1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the basis for operating the 87bd platform and all services under it. By visiting the 87bd website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are automatically considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using any 87bd services.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided during account registration must be true, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information, using someone else's identity, or creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may operate only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, those accounts will be merged or closed, and any bonuses earned may be cancelled.

• The email address provided at registration must be genuine and active.
• Mobile number verification may be required.
• Identity verification via national ID card or passport may be required.
• Registration or login using a VPN or proxy is prohibited.

3. Account Management

3.1 Login Credential Security

Keeping your 87bd account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Avoid sharing your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all transactions and betting activity conducted from your account. If access to your account is lost or compromised, 87bd urges you to inform us immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

87bd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). No other methods are accepted.

4.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 for each method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that your account's identity verification is complete. Withdrawals may be held until verification is done. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

87bd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳12,000 or more qualifies for the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — bringing the total balance to ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing winnings from the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus portion only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

• Wagering must be completed within the specified time after claiming the bonus.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward fulfilling the wagering requirement.
• The bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• A user may not claim more than one welcome bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is detected — such as coordinated betting, arbitrage, or account sharing — 87bd reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account without notice.

6. Fair Play & Security

87bd operates as a fair play platform. All game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is neutral and unbiased. 87bd uses SSL encryption technology to keep your information and transactions secure.

• If suspicious activity is detected, an account may be temporarily suspended for review.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 87bd:

• Coordinated betting or collusion against the platform.
• Chargeback fraud or payment deception.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

Liability for financial losses arising directly or indirectly from use of the 87bd platform is limited. 87bd is not responsible in the following situations:

• Incomplete bets due to internet disconnection.
• Technical errors or outages caused by third parties.
• Service disruption due to natural disasters or other force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or security breach.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

87bd may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Serious violation of the Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or deception.
• Extended inactivity (generally 12 months or more).
